As I'm venturing into this new chapter of life known as your 20-somethings, I am making it a point to explore things of the unknown. My first big journey regarding cuisine is starting with the purchase of a new book, 50 Shades of Kale. I'm going to work my way through all of the fabulous recipes in this book over the next couple of months in an attempt to brighten my diet as well as to try cooking with items I've never thought of using or had the ambition to try. My first recipe on this beautiful sunny morning was Sunny Side Up with Kale. It was DELICIOUS. All the benefits of kale plus protein to start the day off? Count me in!
